2025 Challenge Bead will announced soon.
LAST year's challenge bead is made by Credit River Art Glass. This special bead was designed by Julie Nordine, especially for AGBS. This handmade amazing piece was inspired by Van Gough's Starry Night. They were approximately 1 in long by 5/8 in diameter. The hole size will be normal. Of course, they are handmade so sizes and shapes will vary slightly. the bead will be $35. If you need shipping it will be an additional $7.50. The bead will be purchased ahead of the show. It can be shipped to you or you may pick it up at Meant to Bead in Sun Prairie, WI to save on shipping. Your finished challenge piece will need to be dropped off at the show on Friday, March 1st, 2024. Your piece can be mailed to Meant to Bead before the show. If mailing your entry it must be received by Monday, February 25th, 2024. Only a small handful of beads are made for the show. All pieces will have small differences because they are handmade. Entries will be judged by the public. Winners will receive a prize basket. Other prizes will be awarded such as Honorable Mention & Vendor Favorite. Join the Creative Fun!
